Industrial Range

These are burners with a separate fan and in two progressive stages which, thanks to the use of an electronic regulator (PID), are modulating. The turndown ratio is 1 : 3 when they are burning oil and can reach 1 : 10 with gas.
For these two fuels, the air-fuel mix can be controled pneumatically (AGP® system) or electronically (GME® system).
All our burners are fi tted with low NOx class III combustion heads, guaranteeing minimum waste in accordance with European standards EN 676 and EN 267.

The separate fan can adapt its power and pressure to the exact needs of the generator.
This format:

•  gives increased accessibility to the heat generator, above all if it is an industrial appliance,
•  frees the façade of the boiler of the sometimes signifi cant weight of a monobloc device,
•  allows you to reduce or totally eliminate the noise of the fan,
•  leaves the possibility of treating the combustion air, for example, reheating, drying or humidifying it.

This burner can be delivered with a separate electrical cabinet or with a console at the customer's request. It is possible to integrate its electrical equipment into the central plant management console.
The standard electrical cabinet has slots reserved for the installation of optional equipment required to personalise the device.
In the form of kits of accessories, these allow you to achieve:

•  capacity modulation (RC40),
•  quieter operation either by fan speed control (Variatron®), or via an air intake silencer,
•  controlled monitoring of the excess air (regulation of O2),
•  remote control ,
•  information screen (communication module).
